🐾 In-N-Out’s “Pup Patty” Is a Thing

If you’ve ever felt a little guilty hitting the In-N-Out drive-thru without your dog getting in on the action, this one’s for you. The popular burger chain has a not-so-secret menu item called a “pup patty,” made specifically for four-legged companions. They offer a plain, unsalted hamburger patty with no onions or garlic, making it safe for dogs. While it used to be free, most locations now charge around $2.

It’s not listed on the menu, but you can ask for a “meat patty with no salt.” A simple little add-on that turns a quick drive-thru stop into something your pup will actually get excited about.

🦖 Jurassic Beach Pops Up in Carlsbad This Spring

If you’ve driven past South Carlsbad State Beach lately and noticed something a little… prehistoric, you’re not imagining it. Jurassic Beach is back at The Camp Store, bringing life-sized animatronic dinosaurs right to the coast through April 19.

The outdoor experience lets you walk among moving dinosaurs in a relaxed, beachside setting that’s equal parts playful and educational. It’s designed for all ages, making it an easy outing for families or anyone looking to mix up their usual beach routine. Jurassic Beach runs daily from 11:30am to 5pm, and while there’s no onsite parking, you can park at Cape Rey or along Avenida Encinas and walk in.

Until next time,
